Hello there! Thank you for taking a moment to read about me and my real estate service. I have lived in Riverside since birth and have attended Riverside schools. At about 15 years old I began to show an interest in real estate. My best friend's dad was a successful agent and he would always take me and my friend with him to look at properties. To me it was exciting because the environment was always changing. I also liked seeing where/how people lived and learning about the process of buying/selling a home.

Fast forward to 2005 and I was a newly licensed agent. Unfortunately I got into real estate just as the market was beginning to crash but I didn't let that stop me. A seasoned agent in the office always told me "never give up" and that became my motto.

Reflecting on my business to date I have worked for a wide range of clients. I've provided services to banks at the brink of the real estate melt-down in which I completed broker price opinions (BPO's) to give banks a snapshot of the local market condition as well as an indication of value on their assets. I have also been hired by these banks to sell their non-performing assets. Outside of the services I provided to the banks I have helped buyers and sellers to work towards achieving their real estate goals. I have also assisted select investors acquire property to build their real estate portfolio. Basically, I am your guy for anything real estate!

To tell you a little about me, I enjoy a wide range of hobbies from photographing nature & architecture to bass fishing to extended hikes. I am an outdoorsman and naturalist at heart but living the city life. I enjoy being physically active. One of my favorite physical activities is running. I enjoy the scenery, the fresh air, and the escape from the days worries.
